Mogoče se motim, ampak tole mi precej smrdi vse skupaj, saj je ta posnetek tisti, ki dejansko prikaže, zakaj je prišlo do nesreče Julesa Bianchija. Glede na to, da je Formula One Management očitno zelo močan, predvsem pa ima dovolj kapitala, sem vesel, da je internet v tem primeru precej velik in da so se takoj pojavili posnetki na drugih portalih, ki dejansko prikazujejo nekaj, kar bi verjetno Bernie & Co. poskušali skriti.

Dolžan opravičilo, na katerega me je opozoril fotograf Sašo Domijan in ki razjasni marsikaj in verjetno se nihče ne zaveda tega:

Provided that any recordings, data and any photo material, including photos and any kind of freeze frames which can be produced from the recordings of the Event that were taken, stored and/or produced after the Event, will only be used for personal, private and not for commercial purposes.

10. By entering the premises you agree that: a) the use of the aforementioned recordings, data and photos for any kind of public advertising, exhibition, commercial profit or any other purpose (except private use) is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of FOWC or Nürburgring Betriebsgesellschaft mbH and shall be regarded as breach of terms and conditions for which you may be held liable, b) if so requested by Nürburgring Betriebsgesellschaft mbH or FOWC, you shall assign in writing the exclusive right of use and any intellectual property rights regarding any photo material or recordings you have produced, created, stored or recorded of, during or in connection with the Event to Nürburgring Betriebsgesellschaft mbH or FOWC, and c) FOWC (and any third party authorized by FOWC from time to time) may use the recordings for the purposes of, or in connection with any publication, exhibition or broadcast (including any advertising or promotional literature, campaign or material) in any media worldwide and approved by FOWC including where such recordings include any images of you and you waive any and all personality and privacy rights to the extent necessary to permit such use.
