Zame eno najlepših mest na Siciliji. Ne samo zaradi Aleisterja Crowleya, ampak tudi zaradi samega šarma, ki ga to mesto ima. Pot je bila precej naporna, saj je večji del poti deževalo, kar pomeni počasno vožnjo po avtocesti in vožnjo skozi predore, ki so zelo slabo osvetljeni. Čas obiska Sicilije res očitno ni bil najboljši, ampak sicer verjetno Cefaluja ne bi videl v dežju. Ampak letno se v mesto zgrnejo milijoni turistov, ki zavzamejo ulice in povzročijo kaos na cestah. Tudi tokrat ni bilo drugače. V sončnem vremenu je pogled na Cefalu povsem drugačen, kot je v dežju, vendar ima to mesto vseeno poseben čar. Nazadnje, ko sem bil tukaj, sem se povzel na hrib nad mestom in užival v “ptičjem” pogledu. Tokrat zaradi vremena sem se moral zadovoljiti s pogledom “slehernika”. Katedralo prenavljajo že tretje leto – predvidedam, da gre za iste izvajalce, ki pri nas prenavljajo obvoznico v Ljubljani. Šalo na stran, ker to sploh ni smešno. Nad mestom so ostanki Abbey of Thelema, ki jo je leta 1920 ustanovil Aleister Crowley, vendar mu je vlada Benita Mussolinija leta 1923 ukazala, naj zapusti Sicilijo. Ostanki so še vedno vidni, vendar že dolga leta propadajo. Sicer pa je mesto polno majhnih prodajaln in restavracij s takšno in drugačno hrano.
