<p><a href="http://www.gourmetcup.si/si/">Gourmet Cup</a> je kulinarično izobraževalni / športni dogodek, ki je letos potekal že drugič. Letošnji Gourmet Cup je potekal pod okriljem nove kulinarične znamke <a href="https://gourmet-lj.si/si" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gourmet Ljubljana</a> in so ga skupaj organizirali Jezeršek gostinstvo in Turizem Ljubljana.</p>

<p>V štirih dneh je gostil več z Michelinovimi zvezdizami nagrajenimi kuharji, prav tako pa tudi več predavanj na temo kulinarike, turizma. Včeraj se je zaključil s tekmovanjem v veleslalomu na Krvavcu, kjer je sodelovalo preko 100 tekmovalcev.</p>
<p>Prav tako pa je Gourmet Cup dokazal, da tudi visoka kulinarika sodi na smučišče &#8211; najboljši domači kuharji (Marko Pavčnik, Luka Košir, Tomaž Bolka, Boštjan Trstenjak, Ilija Pejić, Ksenija Krajšek Mahorčič, Srečko Kunst in Giuseppe Mancino) so pripravljali vrhunsko hrano na smučišču in tako navdušili številne obiskovalce. Včerajšnji dogodek je imel dobrodelno noto, saj je ves izkupiček od prodane hrane (po 4 eure za porcijo) šel za <a href="http://www.podstrehco.si/">Zavod Pod strehco</a> &#8211; s tem, da so se prej omenjeni chefi odpovedali honorarju in so pripravljali hrano pred nami in si vzeli čas za vsakogar, ki je želel dobiti informacije o vsem skupaj.</p>

<p>Slovenija potrebuje takšne dogodke, kjer se srečajo strokovnjaki in kjer strokovnjaki, ki imajo kilometrino (in niso samooklicani) pripovedujejo o svojih primerih dobrih praks in s tem poskušajo rešiti našo zaplankanost glede kulinarike. V Sloveniji namreč še vedno velja, da je pomembno, da imaš avto za 100 tisoč evrov, ko pa greš jest v gostilno, pa ti je škoda plačati par 10 evrov za takšno izkušnjo. Slovenija potrebuje izobraževanje ljudi na tem področju, saj je problem v tem, da večina nas še vedno nima odnosa do hrane, kot so ga navajeni v tujini.</p>

<p>Zadnja leta, ko je vse več govora o Michelinovih zvezdicah, kot tudi ostalih &#8220;kategorizacijah&#8221; vrhunske ponudbe hrane, pa se te stvari počasi spreminjajo tudi v Sloveniji. Ana Roš, naša najboljša kuharica je imela v lanskem letu preko 500 intervjujev in je parkrat šla okoli sveta. Njena zgodba je takšna, kot bi jo rad zgradil še marsikdo. Pa vendar je njen uspeh v vztrajnosti, ni prišel čez noč, prav tako pa ga je ustvarila sama s svojo ekipo.</p>

<p>To, da bodo <a href="https://www.had.si/blog//2015/04/15/huda-kuha-pop-goveji-sendvici/">food trucki letos zanimivi</a>, mi je bilo jasno že par mesecev nazaj. <a href="http://ferfud.si/">#FerFud</a> je odlična kombinacija vrhunske hrane (Jezeršek), food trucka in sestavin iz Hoferja. Ja, prav ste prebrali. Sestavine iz Hoferja, kot osnova za vrhunske slovenske tradicionalne jedi, na precej drugačen način, kot pa smo ga ponavadi navajeni. </p>
<p>Luka Jezeršek kot mentor, sicer pa <a href="http://ferfud.si/#ateam">chef Mitja Horvat</a> in Janez Karlin bosta obredla Slovenijo s svojim food truckom in razveseljevala ljudi s svojimi kulinaričnimi podvigi. Seveda so na voljo tudi recepti za hrano, ki jo bodo ponujali, prav tako pa je zanimiv tudi način plačevanja. </p>
<p>#FerFud nima cen, ampak lahko vsak plača z objavo na Facebooku ali Twitterju, ali pa preprosto plača toliko, kot se mu zdi vredna jed &#8211; vsi prihodki gredo v dobrodelne namene &#8211; <a href="http://www.boter.si/">za Botrstvo</a>. </p>
<p>Danes sem testiral jed &#8211; <a href="http://ferfud.si/fud/3/sugolenta">Šugolenta</a> (mediteranski paradižnikov šugo z bio kozicami na polenti) in mirno lahko rečem, da mi je postala polenta všeč. Prvič sem jedel polento, ki je bila bolj podobna puhasti kremi in ni bila nič zbita, kot sem jo jedel kot otrok. In ko je Luka razkril, da so vse sestavine iz Hoferja, sem bil še dodatno presenečen. Ker je recept na spletnem mestu, ni šment, da ga ne bi poskusil tudi sam.</p>
