Vsega je kriv Samuel L. Jackson

Samuel L. Jackson je eden izmed tistih igralcev, ki pusti na gledalcih filmov, v katerih nastopa, velik pečat. Verjetno se ga vsi spomnimo iz filmov, kot so: Pulp Fiction (1994),  The Avengers (2012), Inglourious Basterds (2009), Goodfellas (1990), Django Unchained (2012), Iron Man (2008), Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004), Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace (1999), Jurassic Park (1993), The Incredibles (2004), Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), Die Hard: With a Vengeance (1995), Unbreakable (2000), Jackie Brown (1997), True Romance (1993), xXx (2002), Snakes on a Plane (2006), The Negotiator (1998), Deep Blue Sea (1999), Patriot Games (1992), Sphere (1998), Unthinkable (2010), Shaft (2000), The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996).

In to je zgolj nekaj filmov, v katerih je Samuel igral. Meni osebno je njegova vloga v Pulp Fictionu ena najboljših – verjetno zato, ker mi je “Šund” eden izmed najboljših filmov in njegov citat eden izmed ljubših. Oz. Samuel je enkrat izjavil, da mora ta del ljudem, ki ga srečajo večkrat ponoviti, ker ne verjamejo, da ga še vedno zna:

Ezekiel 25:17. “The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.
